Job summary

Love Success is seeking a Temporary Invoice Query Specialist to manage disputes, investigate discrepancies and drive accurate resolutions. The role uses Salesforce and Excel to track queries, maintain records and report on progress, while contributing to AI-assisted tooling to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance, billing or accounts receivable.
• Strong Excel skills and data-focused mindset.
• Ability to investigate and resolve invoice queries.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI tools and AI-assisted tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the invoice query inbox and resolve disputes within agreed timeframes.
• Cross-reference invoices with orders, pricing, delivery data and history using Salesforce.
• Raise credit notes with clear explanations and audit trails.
• Build Excel trackers and produce reports for Finance and Credit Control.
• Identify recurring billing errors and work with teams to address root causes.
• Support Credit Control with timely updates and avoid unnecessary escalations.
• Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to obtain information.
• Assist testing and development of AI-assisted tools.
