Job summary

Love Success is recruiting a Temporary Data Administrator to join a busy, fast-paced team. You will manage large datasets with advanced Excel, perform data reconciliation, and ensure timely, accurate supplier and billing data for key accounts.

The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and meet monthly deadlines. This is a data-centric, operational support position within the commercial function.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas and pivot tables.
• Experience with large datasets, data matching, reconciliation or data validation tools.
• Strong analytical and commercial awareness; able to resolve data and billing discrepancies.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a process-driven approach.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills to meet monthly deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Proactive problem-solving to identify recurring issues.

Responsibilities

• Collate and validate monthly supplier weight and service data, ensuring information is complete and accurate.
• Process data through the data matching tool, investigating unmatched records and correcting before uploading to internal systems.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and follow up on missing information.
• Ensure monthly data processing is completed within deadlines, maintaining records of adjustments.
• Complete manual billing for non-standard services, £0 sale orders, overweight charges and additional tonnage to protect revenue.
• Prepare accurate weight and service data for key account reporting, responding to queries from account managers.
• Provide administrative support to the commercial team, including data sheets for mass uploads.
• Communicate data issues and changes promptly to stakeholders to maintain accurate reporting.
