Qualifikationen

• Experience within Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Billing or Finance Operations.
• Experience investigating and resolving invoice queries or disputes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to investigate an issue from start to finish.
• Experience using customer or supplier portals for invoicing, payments or query resolution.
• Experience with Oracle, Ariba or Fusion would be beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Managing customer invoice disputes from initial query through to resolution.
• Reviewing aged debt and identifying invoices requiring investigation.
• Investigating complex disputed invoices and gathering the information needed to resolve them.
• Logging and maintaining accurate records of disputes and their progress.
• Working closely with Credit Control, Billing, Sales, Operations and regional stakeholders.
• Supporting the reduction of disputed aged debt and collection of overdue invoices.
• Monitoring outstanding disputes and escalating high-risk or high-value issues where required.
• Using customer portals to submit invoices, retrieve information and investigate queries.
• Identifying recurring issues and getting to the root cause of why disputes are happening.
• Recommending improvements to processes and controls to prevent repeat issues.
• Supporting activity across both UK and US ledgers.
