Sustainable Energy First Ltd is seeking an Invoice Acquisition Co-ordinator for a 3-month fixed-term vacancy. You will secure invoices from portals, suppliers, and post, manage data accuracy, and keep stakeholders informed.

You will coordinate with analysts and Strategic Account Managers to resolve data discrepancies, maintain trackers, and optimize the data receipt process using Excel and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Obtain invoices from portals, suppliers, and via post.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain missing or final invoices.
• Update billing addresses and maintain data trackers.
• Collaborate with analysts and account managers on data discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Invoice Collection: obtain invoices from portals, suppliers, and post.
• Supplier Engagement: address missing data and request electronic data.
• Data Management: update addresses, track missing data, report to service manager.
• Collaboration: liaise with analysts and account managers for timely data sharing.
