Job description

We are currently working with a leading US law firm in London that is looking to hire additional associates (March 2026 qualifiers through to 5 PQE) into its Investment Funds practice. The team advises major global sponsors on the structuring, formation and operation of private funds across private equity, credit, infrastructure, real estate and growth strategies. The work is complex, high-value and international, with the team frequently acting on fundraises for some of the most high-profile asset managers in the market.

You’ll gain exposure to fund formation, regulatory issues, co-investment arrangements, carried interest structures, GP-led secondaries and broad sponsor-side advisory work. The role offers exceptional training, direct partner contact and the chance to build expertise within a growing team.

Key Requirements:
