Santander UK plc is seeking a Customer Service Consultant for Inverness, within Branch Banking. Based at the Inverness branch, you will support personal banking customers across in-branch, digital and phone channels, delivering a personalised service that builds trust and loyalty.

You will help customers maximise digital banking, while providing practical solutions and proactive product recommendations to meet their needs.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering excellent customer service across multiple channels.
• Experience supporting customers with financial products or services.
