Santander UK is seeking a Customer Service Consultant for the Elgin branch on a 12-month FTC. You’ll help customers manage their finances, support digital banking adoption, and deliver a personalised service that builds trust and loyalty.

In this role you’ll work across face-to-face, telephone and video channels, identify needs, and provide clear solutions, partnering with colleagues to deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience.
