Job summary

Santander Inverness Branch is hiring a Customer Service Consultant to help personal banking customers get the most from digital channels while receiving a personalised, human service. You’ll support customers face-to-face, by phone, and via video, building trust and loyalty through proactive guidance.

You’ll work with colleagues to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience, promoting digital tools and tailoring solutions to individual needs at the Inverness branch.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service across multiple channels.
• Experience supporting customers with financial products or services.
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Supporting customers across face-to-face, telephone and video channels to meet their banking needs.
• Helping customers build confidence in using digital banking services, including mobile and online platforms.
• Understanding customer needs and proactively identifying the most suitable products and services.
