Job summary

Astreya is seeking a Forward Logistics Technician II to support and cross-train across L1 ITAM services, ensuring smooth day-to-day forward and reverse logistics operations in London. You will manage hardware staging, packing, inventory, and e-recycling while applying standard SOPs and delivering reliable service.

You will receive, inspect, and verify shipments, maintain accurate records, and participate in corporate hardware imaging.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 2+ years of related experience or equivalent combination
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs to ensure quality
• Proficient with ticketing systems, inventory, and dispatch management
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records

Responsibilities

• Support and cross-train into L1 ITAM services to maintain day-to-day operations for forward and reverse logistics.
• Handle hardware staging, packing, and FIFO inventory according to policies.
• Manage inventory, asset tracking, and e-recycling; corporate hardware imaging.
• Use ticketing systems with focus on customer service and SOP adherence; report progress and quality metrics.
• Receive, inspect, and verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips; identify damages or discrepancies.
• Load/unload shipments and perform loading dock duties as assigned; maintain safe, orderly warehouse.
• Oversee inventory levels, coordinate with cross-functional teams for ordering and shipping across LOCs.
• Assist with large-scale global projects and contribute to process improvements.
• Explain SOPs to teammates and ensure adherence; participate in safety and compliance efforts.
