Job summary

Astreya is hiring for an L1 ITAM support role focused on day-to-day operations, inventory control, and asset management. You will engage in hardware imaging, receiving, inspection, and shipping, while ensuring adherence to SOPs and quality standards.

You will work with ticketing and inventory systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain accuracy and support global projects. Strong attention to detail and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2+ years related experience or training.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs to ensure quality.
• Proficient with ticket, inventory, and dispatch management systems.
• Able to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent English communication in speaking, writing and reading.

Responsibilities

• Support and cross-train into L1 ITAM services for day-to-day operations.
• Handle hardware picking, staging, packing, and loading/unloading per FIFO.
• Manage inventory, asset management, and e-recycling processes.
• Perform corporate hardware imaging and verify deliveries against POs.
• Use ticketing systems with focus on customer service, SOP adherence and quality.
• Report progress, track metrics, and plan team tasks.
• Maintain inventory records and coordinate with cross-functional teams on ordering.
• Ensure SOPs are understood and followed by team members.
• Assist with large-scale global projects as needed.
