Confidential in St Ives, Cambridgeshire is seeking an enthusiastic Internal Sales Support to join a growing sales team. You will build relationships with customers, generate opportunities, and help drive sales growth.

The role suits someone with sales or account management experience, capable of using CRM and MS Office, with a proactive, organised approach and good maths/english GCSEs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with new and existing customers.
• Proactively generate sales opportunities via telephone and email.
• Follow up quotations, samples and enquiries to convert opportunities into sales.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Prepare quotations and support sales targets.
• Re-engage dormant customers and develop new business.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service.

Hours Monday Friday 9am 5pm.

We are recruiting an enthusiastic and commercially minded Internal Sales Support professional to join a growing sales team.
