• Develop relationships with new and existing customers.
• Proactively generate sales opportunities by phone and email.
• Follow up quotations, samples and enquiries to convert opportunities into sales.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Manage customer accounts and maintain CRM records.
• Prepare quotations to support sales targets.
• Re-engage dormant customers and develop new business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service.
