Job summary

Rubix Industrial Services in Glasgow is seeking a proactive Sales Office assistant to support customer relationships, quotation processing and order administration. You will work closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.

The role involves initiating relationships, understanding customer requirements, preparing quotations, handling orders and providing basic technical support with full training provided.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Administrative skills with Microsoft packages such as Outlook and Excel.
• Knowledge of a similar industry is preferable but not essential.
• Experience within a sales environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiating, developing, and maintaining customer relationships.
