Job summary

Rubix UKII in Aylesford is seeking a proactive sales support professional to join our customer-focused team. You will build and maintain customer relationships, qualify requirements, and manage quotations through to follow-up, while handling order processing and basic product support.

As part of a collaborative sales office, you will introduce customers to new products, deliver market-leading service, and help generate additional business by contacting traders and prospect customers.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive 'can-do' attitude and proactive approach.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Administrative skills including MS Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Initiating, developing, and maintaining customer relationships.
• Establishing customer requirements.
• Preparing, submitting, and following up customer quotations.
• Order processing.
• Providing basic levels of technical support on the products/services available from Rubix (Full training provided).
• Introducing customers to new products/services.
• Providing market leading levels of customer service
• Proactively calling down traders and prospect customers to generate additional business.
