Job summary

Rubix Industrial Services in Plymouth is seeking a proactive Sales Office assistant to manage customer relationships and processing of quotations. You will coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal teams, ensuring smooth order processing and high service levels.

The role focuses on establishing customer requirements, providing basic technical support, and introducing customers to new products and services. Full training provided; prior sales exposure is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Initiating, developing, and maintaining customer relationships.

• Introducing customers to new products/services.
• Providing market leading levels of customer service
• Proactively calling down traders and prospect customers to generate additional business.
