Job summary

Rubix UKII is seeking a proactive Sales Office professional to manage end-to-end customer interactions, from quotations to order delivery. The role emphasizes strong communication, product knowledge, and responsive service to a diverse client base.

You will work at our Plymouth location, supporting multiple industries with Rubix products and services, while following established processes and training to drive orders and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive can-do attitude and proactive approach.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Other administrative tasks involve MS Office use (Outlook/Excel).
• Experience in a sales environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiating, developing, and maintaining customer relationships.
• Establishing customer requirements.
• Utilisation of system workplaces for quotation and order delivery.
• Preparing and submitting customer quotations using Rubix references.
• Robust follow up of all quotations to win orders.
• Order processing and fulfilment.
• Providing basic technical support to customers on Rubix products/services.
• Introducing customers to new products/services.
• Conducting Golden Hour phone calls to customers with training guidance.
