Responsibilities
- Commissioning and implementing cancer services to establish a Cancer Centre within the Trust.
- Transforming chemotherapy sites to meet increasing demand and developing capacity plans.
- Delivering changes to achieve targets and support continuous organisational progress.
- Partnering with external organisations (e.g., Macmillan Cancer Support) to advance capital plans for chemotherapy and outpatient services.
- Developing and maintaining Clinical Governance frameworks to ensure safe and effective practice.
- Leading organisational change and staff motivation across clinical and support teams.
