Job summary

Office Angels are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business in the Baildon/Shipley area of Bradford for an experienced HR Advisor on an interim 2-3 month contract.

You will support across the employee lifecycle, provide guidance to managers on policies and procedures, handle ER matters, produce HR reports and ensure compliance with UK employment law, while working in a hybrid setup with an immediate start.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Advisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience handling employee relations cases (disciplinaries, grievances, performance).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at all levels.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good IT literacy, numeracy, and ability to produce HR reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support across employee lifecycle in line with legislation and best practice.
• Advise managers on HR matters including disciplinaries, grievances, performance, and absence.
• Coordinate with recruitment to support hiring activities.
• Manage agency personnel transitions and HR records.
• Produce weekly/monthly HR MI, reports, and analytics.
• Support Health & Safety objectives and initiatives.
