Job summary

Tonic Healthcare Ltd in Leeds is seeking an Interim HR Adviser for a 6-month FTC with a hybrid option (3 days in the Leeds office, 2 days from home) and an immediate start. You will lead on employee relations across a multi-site charity and support the broader HR team during a period of expansion.

The role requires CIPD qualification and experience in HR advisory activities. Experience in social care or healthcare is advantageous.

Interim HR Adviser – Leeds

6 month FTC - Hybrid option: 3 days in Leeds office 2 days from home

IMMEDIATE START

My client is a reputable social care Charity looking to expand their HR team by recruiting a knowledgeable, enthusiastic HR professional as HR Adviser to take the lead on all matters relating to employee relations.

They are a multi-site business, with operations across many areas in the north of the UK, and are undergoing a period of expansion, hence this new opportunity.

Your broad exposure to all matters relating to HR will allow you to take on this busy, far-reaching position.

You will also have the additional satisfaction of knowing you are part of an organisation who make a significant, life-changing difference to many people in need of care & support.

Hybrid working option is available with some reasonable travel required within the region between their offices.

A recognised CIPD qualification is required for this role.

Experience of working for a Social Care or Healthcare provider would be an advantage but is not essential.
