Job summary

Another is seeking an experienced HR Advisor in West Yorkshire to support a large business on a 12-month FTC. You will report to the HR Business Partner and drive the HR agenda across regions, delivering generalist HR services with a focus on people processes, policy advice and data accuracy.

The role is hybrid with 3–4 days in the office and 1–2 days from home, starting ASAP and offering a salary of £38,000–£42,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Qualified or working towards CIPD Level 5.
• Proven experience as a generalist HR Advisor in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees across regions on HR policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report absenteeism monthly; address issues promptly.
• Maintain employee records via HRIS and update with accuracy.
