About the role

As Interim Deputy Head of Maths and English, you\'ll operationally lead the team, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning that empowers learners to achieve and progress. You\'ll work closely with the Head of Department and cross-site teams to drive curriculum planning, quality improvement, and learner outcomes. From leading team meetings and managing performance to coordinating exams and analysing data, your role will be pivotal in shaping the learner experience. You\'ll also support the implementation of MEZO workshops and collaborate with vocational and support teams to ensure a cohesive and inclusive approach to education.

Responsibilities
