In partnership with The Wallich, our Cardiff choir has been bringing people impacted by homelessness together every Tuesday evening since 2021. We’re now looking for an enthusiastic Choir Manager to join us for an initial four month period. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the safe and welcoming, and running of our weekly rehearsals and occasional performances.

As CWNN Cardiff Choir Manager, you will take the lead on the administrative and pastoral side of the choir. Working closely with our Cardiff Music Director, you will coordinate and support a small team of volunteers, helping the choir to thrive. You’ll be responsible for recruiting new choir members and supporting them to feel welcome, build confidence, and, where appropriate, signposting them to additional services.

You will also manage and oversee the planning and delivery of gigs and support promotional outreach workshops in the local community. Line management will be provided by the Head of Programmes at Choir with No Name, with additional support from the Head of Service Innovation & Enhancement at our Cardiff partner organisation, The Wallich.
