A forward-thinking health charity in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Interim Chief Operating Officer for a 6 to 9 month contract. The ideal candidate will lead internal functions, deputize for the CEO, and support the team during a strategic transition. Successful candidates must have a proven record in treasury and finance management, with strong collaborative and innovative skills. The role is based in Rochester or Redhill, requiring 3-4 days in the office weekly, with a salary of up to £100,000 FTE.
