INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR, 5+ PQE, LONDON, SALARY UP TO £75-95,000 (DOE). Responsibilities
  • Manage an independent caseload and advise on IP disputes and litigation, with a focus on trademark, copyright, patents, passing off, and design rights.
  • Supervise and develop junior colleagues, fostering a collaborative working environment, as well as engaging in business development and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years’ PQE, proven experience in a fast‑paced setting, and strong technical proficiency in IP law.
  • Exceptional communication skills essential for providing high‑quality client service.
  • A client following is not required but highly beneficial.
