Job summary

Leicestershire County Council invites applications for an Integrated Lifestyle Advisor within the First Contact Plus service based at County Hall, Glenfield, LE3 8RA. The role involves triage, signposting, and supporting residents across health, debt, money management, and safety.

Qualifications

• NVQ in Business Administration or equivalent relevant qualification or relevant experience
• Experience of liaising with customers using a variety of methods
• Experience of working in a customer facing role or environment
• Experience of accurately capturing, storing and retrieving information to meet organisational and customer needs
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Be competent in using Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel
• Able to adapt to dealing with all kinds of customers in order to assist them adequately
