Job summary

Leicestershire County Council is recruiting an Integrated Lifestyle Advisor for First Contact Plus at County Hall, Leicester. You will communicate with residents, carry out triage and signpost to services across Health, Benefits, Debt and Safety, helping people to access the right support.

The role requires excellent written and verbal communication, experience in customer service, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• NVQ in Business Administration or equivalent qualification or relevant experience.
• Experience of liaising with customers using a variety of methods.
• Experience of working in a customer facing role or environment.
• Experience of accurately capturing, storing and retrieving information to meet organisational and customer needs.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Be competent in using Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel.
• Able to adapt to dealing with all kinds of customers in order to assist them adequately.
