Job summary

Qualifications

• NVQ in Business Administration or equivalent qualification or relevant experience
• Experience liaising with customers using various methods
• Experience in a customer facing role or environment
• Experience capturing, storing and retrieving information to meet needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Able to adapt to diverse customers to assist them effectively
