Job description

We are currently seeking an Insurance Litigator to join our bench.

Responsibilities

Draft and review insurance-related legal documents including contracts policies and agreements ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and alignment with client interests.

Provide expert legal advice on insurance law matters including professional indemnity coverage intermediary relationships and contentious claims.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders including brokers underwriters and claims professionals to deliver strategic legal support and foster a proactive solution-oriented approach to insurance-related challenges.

Minimum Qualifications

At least 4 years of post-qualification experience in insurance law gained either within a law firm or an insurance intermediary.

Demonstrated expertise in professional indemnity insurance contentious professional negligence claims and the broader insurance market.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic and commercially-focused approach to resolving legal issues in the insurance sector.
