NFU Mutual is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our Brigg & Epworth agency. You will handle enquiries, process insurance policy changes, and support new business inquiries with a proactive, customer-focused approach. Train­ing will be provided; you will work across Epworth and Brigg offices, with training mainly in Brigg.

You should be a confident communicator with IT skills, able to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks. GCSE Math and English at Grade C or equivalent are required.
