Job summary

NFU Mutual is recruiting a Claims Handler and Customer Service Advisor in our North Hampshire Agency. You will take ownership of customer claims from first notification through to resolution, providing clear, professional and empathetic support throughout the journey.

As a Customer Service Adviser you will assist new and existing customers with their insurance needs while delivering a personal and professional experience at every stage. Full training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills is essential.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering excellent customer service.
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths required.
