NFU Mutual in Truro is seeking an Insurance Customer Service Adviser to handle new sales enquiries, policy changes and claims with a proactive approach. You will manage admin, renewals, respond to calls, and support customers visiting the office.

• Complete documentation to quality and compliance standards.
