Job summary

NFU Mutual Cobham is recruiting a Customer Support Adviser to deliver a high level of service across email, phone and in-person channels. You will start with emails and policy administration, updating customer and vehicle details, then develop into telephone support, welcoming walk-ins and handling more complex insurance products as your knowledge grows.

Full product training is provided, with opportunities to progressing into more senior roles within a supportive, community‑minded Cobham team.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Excellent data entry accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Collaborative and adaptable approach.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer emails, telephone and face-to-face inquiries, delivering a high-quality service.
• Update customer and vehicle policy details accurately in systems.
• Support with policy administration and onboarding of new customers.
