Salary : per annum

Location : Kenilworth (projects across England) 75% office based role & 25% field based

Job Type : Full-time Permanent

Hours : Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Interviews : January 2026

Start Date : February 2026

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and highly organised Installation Manager to oversee and coordinate installation projects across multiple sites throughout England. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing teams ensuring projects are delivered on time and to specification and maintaining the highest standards of safety quality and performance.

The role covers a range of installation measures including Solar PV Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP) insulation systems and ventilation. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with strong leadership and technical expertise to play a pivotal role in a growing and dynamic organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead supervise and support installation teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and in line with client specifications
  • Plan and manage project schedules resource allocation and cost tracking
  • Coordinate with clients suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
  • Monitor on-site progress resolve issues promptly and adjust plans to meet project deadlines
  • Carry out site inspections to ensure compliance with design requirements safety regulations and quality standards
  • Manage and maintain accurate project documentation
  • Ensure clear and effective communication between all stakeholders to support smooth project delivery
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience managing installation projects within the heating or renewable energy sector
