Job summary

Caraires Consultancy is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator for a temporary ongoing role at a Binley-based office. The role is full time (40 hours per week) with occasional early shifts, offering a salary of £28,288 or £13.60 per hour.

You will handle enquiries, process orders, and work across departments to ensure timely deliveries. The ideal candidate will be highly reliable with excellent attention to detail, comfortable on the phone, and quick to learn new IT systems such as SAP.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service environment with strong phone handling.
• Proficient IT skills and quick to learn new systems.
• Accurate data entry with good attention to detail.
• Able to multitask and manage multiple enquiries efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all enquiries are answered, recorded and responded to in a timely manner.
• Liaising with internal departments to process orders and deliveries.
• Dealing with purchase orders and ensuring alignment with procedures.
• Using an internal system alongside SAP to respond to queries and process orders.
