The Role

As part of the national R&I team, you'll support some of the most significant and high-profile restructuring, recovery and insolvency work in the market.

Clients include financial institutions, distressed investors, insolvency practitioners and well-known corporates. Work includes advising on the full range of R&I matters, including:

• Corporate restructurings
• Distressed M&A
• Refinancing and contingency planning

You'll work alongside top-ranked Partners, developing your technical skills and commercial acumen. This team is growing, and the successful candidate will be well-positioned for fast-track progression.

The Ideal Candidate

• 3-9 years PQE with a strong background in non-contentious R&I
• Experience in corporate restructuring and insolvency proceedings
• Strong commercial awareness
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Motivated and keen to develop a market-leading practice
