Job Overview

As an Internal Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding the company’s market presence in the UK and Europe. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service. This role is ideal for a life scientist looking to transition from laboratory work to a customer-focused industry role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Understand client research needs and recommend appropriate life science products.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets within a defined geographical territory.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to meet sales targets and expand market presence.
  • Utilise the company CRM system to track customer interactions and manage leads.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.
Role Requirements
  • A strong academic background in life sciences (BSc or higher).
  • Some prior experience in a target-driven, customer-focused role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a motivation to achieve and exceed sales goals.
