Job summary

212 Recruitment client, a leading commercial wholesaler, is seeking an Internal Sales Executive to join their busy sales office in the UK. You will handle inbound enquiries, provide product information, pricing and availability, and build strong customer relationships to drive sales.

Responsibilities include processing orders, coordinating with warehouse and transport, spotting upsell opportunities, maintaining CRM records, and supporting the wider sales team with quotations and follow‑ups.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal sales, telesales or customer service.
• Confident communication and friendly, professional manner.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple enquiries.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales enquiries and proactively contact existing customers to maximise sales opportunities
• Provide accurate product information, pricing and availability
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent service at all times
• Process orders efficiently and liaise with warehouse and transport teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Identify upselling and cross selling opportunities across the product range
• Maintain CRM records, customer notes and sales activity logs
• Support the wider sales team with quotations, follow-ups and general administrative tasks
