Job summary

Absolute Sales, a UK distributor, is seeking an Internal Sales Executive to manage existing accounts, grow the portfolio and win new business. Based in Weybridge, the role combines relationship management with proactive sales growth across sectors served by the company.

You will nurture dormant customers, upsell products, respond to inquiries by phone and email, and work closely with purchasing and operations to fulfil client requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, account management or business development.
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers.
• Commercially driven with a proactive approach to sales.
• Relationship-builder who can also identify and win new opportunities.
• Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of accounts.
• Develop new business opportunities and win new customers.
• Re-engage dormant accounts and identify growth potential.
• Upsell and cross-sell products across the customer base.
• Proactively follow up on inbound and warm enquiries.
• Build strong long-term customer relationships.
• Produce quotations and maintain CRM accuracy.
• Deliver excellent customer service via phone and email.
• Work closely with purchasing and operations to support customer requirements.
• Produce clear sales reports and pipeline updates for management.
