Responsibilities

• Being responsible for completing bronze quote follow ups, below £2000 in revenue.
• Adapt customer quotations to maximise profitability via up-selling and cross-selling.
• Being accountable for sales activity.
• Ensure all quotes and feedback from customer discussions are recorded on the CRM system for team visibility.
• Follow up quotations in a timely manner to maximise sales opportunity.
• Process sales orders quickly and accurately in line with procedures.
• Keep CRM data up to date with machines and customer categories.
