Job summary

Avenue Scotland in Kirkcaldy is seeking an Inside Sales Adviser to join the Sales and Customer Service team. The role focuses on high-quality sales interactions, accurate CRM updates, and timely follow-ups to maximise revenue.

You will handle quotations below £2000, upsell and cross-sell to improve margins, and report to the Inside Sales Manager. Monday to Friday, office-based, with a strong bonus potential.

Responsibilities

• Complete bronze quote follow ups for revenue under £2000.
• Adapt quotations to maximise profitability with upsell/cross-sell.
• Be accountable for sales activity.
• Record quotes and discussions in CRM for team visibility.
• Follow up quotations promptly to maximise sales opportunity.
• Process sales orders quickly and accurately per procedures.
• Maintain accurate CRM data on machines and customer categories.
