Origin Recruitment in Greater London seeks an Inside Sales Team Leader to guide a team of more than 10 Sales Consultants and Senior Consultants, reporting to the Manager, Inside Sales to drive revenue and meet company targets.

You will lead campaigns, coach on sales tactics, manage KPIs in Salesforce, and collaborate on strategic initiatives to improve conversion and cycle times. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of sales team leadership experience in Inside Sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical problem-solving abilities; able to translate data into actions.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop direct reports.
• Proficient with Salesforce.com, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Execute and achieve sales goals and quotas with Sales Management.
• Formulate and measure targeted sales campaigns with the Manager, Inside Sales.
• Coach Sales Consultants to improve pipeline, tactics and results.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team to meet targets and milestones.
• Maintain dashboards and KPIs in Salesforce for visibility by management.
• Collaborate on territory planning, incentive strategy, and strategic initiatives.
