Job summary

Unicorn Group is recruiting an Inside Sales Executive for Unicorn Flooring in Lisburn, Northern Ireland. The role focuses on identifying and converting new business, handling inbound enquiries, and following up on leads using HubSpot CRM.

We are looking for at least 1 year in inside sales or telesales, with experience in B2B environments. Onsite role with a target-driven, customer-focused approach and strong team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in inside sales/telesales.
• Experience in B2B sales.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM is beneficial; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and contact new business prospects including commercial customers.
• Follow up on leads via HubSpot and manage tasks to drive sales.
• Engage with potential customers to identify needs and recommend flooring solutions.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails with speed and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales opportunities in HubSpot.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service for a consistent customer experience.
• Support ad hoc administrative duties as required.
