Job summary

TTI Europe in Manchester is seeking an Account Representative to drive Inside Sales by phone, email and web. You will work with Field Sales, Product Management and Sales Management to grow our customer base and tailor the approach to customer needs.

The role requires several years in electronics sales, strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving, plus good MS Office skills. You will coordinate deliveries, prepare quotes, process orders, and help expand our market with new customers.

Qualifications

• Several years of sales experience within electronics or similar industry.
• Strong communication and team orientation with organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation abilities.
• Fluent English in speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and support a defined customer base.
• Develop the sales area and build new customer relationships.
• Provide price and delivery quotes and monitor quality figures.
• Process orders and monitor shipments to customers; coordinate deliveries.
• Be the first contact for customer complaints and provide solutions.
• Attract new customers and drive development and expansion of TTI.
