Job summary

TTI, Inc. - Europe is seeking an Inside Sales Account Rep in Manchester. You will sell products and services via phone, email, and internet, working with Field Sales, Product Management and Sales Management to grow customer penetration.

Responsibilities include supporting a defined customer base, building new relationships, issuing quotes, processing orders and coordinating deliveries, while maintaining supplier relations and handling customer complaints promptly.

Qualifications

• Several years of sales experience in electronics or similar.
• Fluent English in speaking and writing.
• Good MS-Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Engaging with and supporting a defined customer base.
• Systematically developing the sales area and building new customer relationships.
• Monitoring quality figures and providing price and delivery quotes.
• Following up quotes, processing orders and monitoring shipments to customers.
• Maintaining supplier relationships and coordinating deliveries.
• First point of contact for customer complaints and providing solutions.
