Job summary

TTI Europe seeks an Inside Sales professional based in High Wycombe to drive customer engagement by telephone, email and web interactions. You will work with Field Sales Representatives, Product Management and Sales Management to increase customer penetration and sales opportunities, focusing on building relationships and tailoring the sales approach to meet customer requirements.

Ideal candidates have several years of sales experience in electronics, strong negotiation and analytical skills,

Qualifications

• Several years of sales experience within the electronics industry or similar.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently.
• Fluent English in speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and support a defined customer base.
• Develop the sales area and build new customer relationships.
• Provide price and delivery quotes; monitor shipments.
• Coordinate deliveries and handle customer complaints with solutions.
• Attract new customers and drive development and expansion of TTI.
