Job summary

Sue Ross Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Internal Sales Account Manager to join their growing team in the UK. You will maintain and develop existing customer accounts while pursuing new opportunities, delivering high-quality customer service from enquiry through to order fulfilment.

The role involves preparing quotations, following up on inquiries, handling orders accurately, and building lasting relationships with customers across diverse industries in the UK and Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or sales support preferred.
• Proactive, organised and able to communicate confidently with customers at all levels.
• Fluency in an additional European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop existing sales accounts to maximise revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and provide quotations to clients in a timely and professional manner.
• Follow up on incoming enquiries from both new and existing customers.
• Process customer orders accurately within the company system.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and act as a trusted contact for clients.
• Identify and contact prospective customers through cold calling and lead generation activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
