Our client, an established independent freight company offering forwarding services, is looking for an experienced Freight Inside Sales Coordinator to join their team in Witham.

Main duties of the Freight Inside Sales Coordinator:

1. React to quotations in a timely manner
2. Issue all quotes via the in-house system
3. Handle both LCL/FCL door-to-door import/export enquiries
4. Answer phone calls from clients and vendors daily
5. Respond to messages received in the general mailbox
6. Follow up on quotes provided, seeking client feedback
7. Maintain a log of client feedback
8. Research new leads

The Freight Inside Sales Coordinator will need:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize workload
• Ability to work independently
• Good analytical skills

The successful Freight Inside Sales Coordinator can expect to earn approximately £30k, depending on experience, working Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
