We’re SpeedForce.AI, an AI company transforming recruitment. Our product streamlines hiring processes, saving time and improving decisions. We're looking for a Digital Sales professional to drive adoption of our AI-powered ATS. If you're data-driven, skilled in digital sales, and passionate about AI recruitment solutions, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse customer data to identify sales opportunities.
  • Use CRM tools to manage outreach and track performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing on digital strategy alignment.
  • Deliver virtual presentations and demos tailored to prospects.
  • Continuously optimise sales strategies through data analysis.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of digital sales experience (SaaS/Tech).
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce), and data analysis (Google Analytics, Excel).
  • Experience with digital lead generation and sales automation.
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable in virtual meetings.
  • Familiarity with HR tech is a plus.
