Job summary

A leading UK consultancy is seeking a 1st Line Customer Support Analyst to provide exceptional support primarily in a remote setting. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in customer support, and an understanding of telephony systems. This is a 3-month contract role requiring BPSS eligibility.

Qualifications

• Previous Customer Support / 1st Line Support / End User Support experience.
• Ability to work 8 hours on a shift pattern spanning 7am - 7pm Monday - Friday.
• BPSS eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st Line Customer Support for end users.
• Work on a shift pattern from 7am to 7pm, Monday to Friday.
• Support telephony systems.

Base pay range

1st Line Customer Support Analyst - BPSS, End User Support

Primarily Remote (Must be UK Based)

3-Month contract

I am currently working with a leading UK consultancy who require an IT literate, 1st Line Customer Support Analyst with an understanding of Telephony systems to work on a 7am - 7pm shift pattern (Monday - Friday) for their end client.

Key Requirements:

• Exceptional communication skills and excellent telephone manner
• Previous Customer Support / 1st Line Support / End User Support experience
• IT Literate, ability to understand Telephony systems
• Ability to work 8 hours on a shift pattern spanning 7am - 7pm Monday - Friday
• BPSS eligibility

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Genesys systems
• Customer-facing, EUC Support experience in a large, complex organisation
• Flexibility to work in a hybrid capacity (on-site) if required
• IT related Degree (or equivalent)
