A leading company in the travel sector is seeking a part-time Digital & Performance Marketing Manager. This role involves managing PPC campaigns, SEO, and email marketing while working flexibly from home. The ideal candidate will have experience in direct marketing and a strong grasp of analytics to drive growth and optimize campaigns. You'll be responsible for the technical management of marketing channels and will enjoy benefits like flexible hours, holiday perks, and discounts at properties.
JOB TITLE
Digital & Performance Marketing Manager
(Part-time – 20hrs/wk, Work From Home, Flexible Hours)
SALARY
Up to £50k per annum, pro rata for the part-time hours.
LOCATION
Working from home. If you are Cornwall based, attending our office in Victoria whenever possible.
ABOUT US
We consistently outshine the competition, have achieved glowing reviews from both guests and owners and provide a flexible approach which allows our owners to stay in control.
We pride ourselves on being independent, friendly, and approachable whilst offering an efficient and excellent service. We believe it should be easy for owners to let their properties in a hassle-free way without penalties or restrictions, and that it should be easy for guests to get great service and fantastic hassle-free holiday experiences.
Thanks to our continued growth we are looking for a specialist Digital & Performance Marketing Manager to take our direct marketing efforts from 1 to 100. We have the platforms, tools and analytics all setup and scaling and optimising the campaigns is now for you to lead.
ABOUT YOU
You will know the importance of tracking, reporting and ROI (attribution, UTM parameters, conversions tracking), as well as an astute knowledge of all the tactical marking channels both online and offline. (SEM, paid social, display advertising, remarketing, direct mail, email, conversion rate optimisation).
You’ll be adaptable and commercial – setting up landing pages and a PPC campaign one day and optimising SEO the next. Always with an eye on working on whatever is going to create the most impact. You’ll be solely responsible for the growth and technical day to day management of the marketing channels.
Knowledge of the travel industry would be a big advantage but not a necessity – you could have worked for a company in any sector where direct marketing was an integral part of the business.
Knowledge of Hubspot (or other CRM) would be advantageous. You’ll certainly know your way around an Excel spreadsheet. Canva (or equivalent) experience would also be beneficial.
Working from home (you’ll be required to attend office/get-togethers once every now and again), you’ll need a fast broadband connection and be happy and self-motivated enough to work remotely.
